Scatty
Question: how can you test numbers 5 and 7?
Twig
5. If you're fit or play sports. 7. Intrapersonal intelligence, (self smart) refers to having an understanding of yourself, of knowing who you are, what you can do, what you want to do, how you react to things, which things to avoid, and which things to gravitate toward. We are drawn to people who have a good understanding of themselves because those people tend not to screw up. They tend to know what they can do. They tend to know what they can’t do. And they tend to know where to go if they need help.
Scatty
Yes, I know what does it mean, but HOW do you score yours WITHOUT self-assesing?
Twig
Google. (There's a lot of tests you can take.)
Scatty
Meh...anyway, for a self-assesment... 1. Verbal-Linguistic Intelligence -- 0%, I guess... 2. Mathematical-Logical Intelligence -- 85%, I guess... 3. Musical Intelligence -- 20%, I guess... 4. Visual-Spatial Intelligence -- 10%, I guess... 5. Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence -- 7%, I guess... 6. Interpersonal Intelligence -- 95%, I guess... 7. Intrapersonal Intelligence -- definitely 100% 8. Naturalist Intelligence -- meh, low (27-30%) 9. Existential Intelligence -- I usually try to make sense of it, simplifying as much as possible. But it works 90%
Azmodius
The theory of multiple intelligences was developed in 1983 by Dr. Howard Gardner' date=' professor of education at Harvard University. It suggests that the traditional notion of intelligence, based on I.Q. testing, is far too limited. Instead, Dr. Gardner proposes nine different intelligences to account for a broader range of human potential in children and adults. These intelligences are: 1. Verbal-Linguistic Intelligence -- well-developed verbal skills and sensitivity to the sounds, meanings and rhythms of words[b']This.[/b]2. Mathematical-Logical Intelligence -- ability to think conceptually and abstractly, and capacity to discern logical or numerical patternsNot so much here.3. Musical Intelligence -- ability to produce and appreciate rhythm, pitch and timberSort of.4. Visual-Spatial Intelligence -- capacity to think in images and pictures, to visualize accurately and abstractlyVery.5. Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence -- ability to control one's body movements and to handle objects skillfullyMAybe a little.6. Interpersonal Intelligence -- capacity to detect and respond appropriately to the moods, motivations and desires of others.Yes.7. Intrapersonal Intelligence -- capacity to be self-aware and in tune with inner feelings, values, beliefs and thinking processesVery.8. Naturalist Intelligence -- ability to recognize and categorize plants, animals and other objects in natureYES.9. Existential Intelligence -- sensitivity and capacity to tackle deep questions about human existence, such as the meaning of life, why do we die, and how did we get here. This is what I am most intelligent in. Yes. So which intelligences do you think you posses? Mine would be Verbal/Linguistic, Mathematical/Logical, Visual/Spatial, Interpersonal, and Intrapersonal. Apperently I am quite intelligent. (Execpt I can't spell apperently!)
