The Mad Hatter
I want to say right now; if this card was real, Brionac would be Semi. Image credit goes to Pixiv.Lore:While this card is face-up on the field you and your opponent cannot Synchro Summon Synchro Monsters. Once per turn you can pay 1000 Life Points to add 1 "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" to your hand from the Graveyard. Increase the ATK of all WATER Monsters on the field by 300 for each "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" in your hand.
Lord Smeagle
Synchros do not work that way. When a Synchro Monster returns to the hand or Deck, it immediately returns to the Extra Deck. You would need to have an effect that says "(it is not treated as a Synchro Monster while it is in your hand.)" or something similar.

You need to have an effect that changes the rules of the game, or this card does nothing (except bounce Brionac back to the Synchro Deck.)

ragnarok1945
are you sure that's how synchros work? I thought if you return a synchro to your hand it simply goes back to your Extra Deck or something 8/
