Select 1 Normal monser in your Graveyard and Special Summon it to your opponent's side of the field in face-up Defense Position. The monster cannot change it's battle position or be destroyed by battle(no damage calculation is applied). Your opponent cannot use the monster for a Tribute or Normal Summon. During each of your Standby Phases, decrease the equipped monster's DEF by 300 and decrease your opponent's Life Points by 200. When the equipped monster's DEF equals 500 or less, remove it from play. When the equipped card is removed from the field, destroy this card.

Ummm...what's the point? All you do is give them Tribute/Synchro fodder or an extra line of defense...If it dealt 100 damage to your opponent during each of your Standby Phases while it was removed from play, however...

well the burn effect is a little small

 

for the most part it's just to take up your opponent's monster slot, but I still like it
