Twin Seed
While this card is in your hand, it is treated as an Effect Monster(WATER/Sea Serpent-Type/Level 5/ATK 2100/DEF 2000) with the following effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 Level 4 or higher monster you control. This effect cannot be activated, except by paying 200 Life Points. When this effect is activated, removed it from play after it's effect is resolved. Look at the top card of your Extra Deck. If the card is a Ritual Monster, Special Summon 2 Vulcan Tokens(WATER/Sea Serpent-Type/Level 2/ATK 400/DEF 400). Vulcan Token's cannot be used for the Special Summon of a Level 7 or higher monster OR for a Synchro Summon of a non-WATER monster. During your 2nd Main Phase 2 after this card's Special Summon, it is treated as a Trap Card with the following effect:Destroy 1 face-down Monster Card your opponent controls. You take damage equal to the original ATK of the destroyed monster.

Soul_Reaper
Umm, aren't ritual monsters kept in your main deck? Unless something has changed during the time I wasn't playing (about 2-3 years, so it's entirely possible).
