Here's an OCG and Grammar fix:

 

You can only activate this card while you control a "Dragon Guardian". Equip this card to 1 Face-Up monster and negate its effect.

 

You should change the name of the card to something like Guardian Nullify.

If not capitalize G in Guardian and the H in Healer.

Also you should change the card to Spell because Equip Cards are mostly always Spell cards if not add the Text, "This card is treated as an Equip Spell.", to the begging of the Card Effect and make it a normal trap.

 

Current Rating is 2/10 b/c it's kind of dull and UP'ed pic is also bad change it to something to fit the card name and effect.
