last effect is essentially the Ring of Destruction's effect, nothing TOO new there

 

and this entire card basically just revolves about that effect, given the atk power to boost it up

Field doesn't need to be capitalized like that. Other than that I can't detect anything real major so nice job. Perhaps you could make some more Support cards that deal with Flame Counters. You could do a lot.
