This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritural Spell card, "Departing Ritual". When this card inflicts direct damage to your opponent's Lifepoints, you can add 1 WATER-Attribute monster from your Graveyard ot Deck to your hand. The ATK and DEF of this card are increased by 400 points for each card in your Graveyard.

 

Please mind the minor mistake of me mis-spelling ''Ritual'' with ''Ritural''

 

 

 

This card can only be use to Ritual Summon ''Departing Dragon'' you must also offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 8 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand

WATER monster is enough, no need for WATER-Attribute monster

" should be "The ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the number of cards in your Graveyard *400."

 

personally I find that OPed, since it applies to ANY card, so *400 is too much. Make it 300 instead
