This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each Spell and Trap Card your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Hero of Time" monster.

 

 

A little dull. Hard to judge balance without seeing "Time Bender" or any of the "Hero of Time" monsters. And the picture needs to be improved.
