Meh I got bored and used my imagination to cook up these two cards.

Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn you can pay 300 Life Points to attack your opponent directly. If this card is the only Fairy-Type monster on your side of the field, you can search your Deck and Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower Fairy-Type monster to the field in face-up ATK position. Shuffle your Deck afterward.

 

Pawa Hisan No

 

 

Effect: For 3 of your opponents turns, you can Special Summon any number of Fairy-Type monsters from your Hand, Deck, or Graveyard with out Tributing. Destroy this card during your opponents 3rd Standby Phase.[/align]

For 3 of your opponent's turns sounds weird too. And that trap's effect is OPed since there's no restrictions on the special summoned fairy monsters

As stated above, some parts of the effect are worded weirdly :/

But they seem like good cards... 8/10

So with Guardian of Sea's effect I can get all 3 Honest from deck to hand in an instant? Too good to be true >"<

 

And Pawa Hisan No is just an OP version of Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen, though you can only use its effect during your opponent's turn.

So, I like Direct attackers... And the effect is overused by real cards (Don't mind me), like Junk Synchron, Blizzard and Alien Ammenote.(However you spell it)

 

2nd = Oped but awesome, thus a 9/10
