ChaosMuramasa
OCG's pretty fine, a few miniscule errors. Effect is somewhat overpowered, along with the card itself. With an effect to clear the entire opponent's field (no matter what the cost), it really should not exceed beyond 2500 to 2700. Perhaps just having it not be able to attack for the turn could balance it out fairly well. I will try my best at an OCG Fix, but some of the wording I'm not sure how to go about (Specifically the summoning conditions and the monster count): This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned by removing at least 3 monsters in your Graveyard from play. If you have more than 3, you must remove all of them from play. When this card is Special Summoned, your opponent gains Life Points equal to the amount of monsters that were removed from play to Summon this card x 300. Once per turn, you can remove the top 5 cards of your Deck from play to destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field. Final Rating: 6.5 / 10. Good picture, withstandable OCG and an interesting name. Just work on the effect and find a better ATK.
Twenty-five Zero Oh-oh
OCG: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing up to 3 monsters in your Graveyard from play. If more than 3 monsters exist in your Graveyard, you must remove all of them from play (Wait does this mean more than 3?). When this card is Special Summoned, your opponent gains 300 Life Points for each monster that was removed from play by this card's effect. Once per turn, you can remove the top 5 cards of your Deck from play to destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field. I like it powerful effect but high cost. IMO you should make it 3000 ATK.
ragnarok1945
next time write out the lore, it was hard to read it it has a VERY high cost, personally I'd lower the cost a little bit certainly 5 cards to nuke your opponent's field is a steep one, I'd lower it to just 2, but then destroy only his spells/traps 8.9/
