An Experiment in Deck-Building (V2)

Based on the premise that science is repeatable, I want to test the idea of taking a card and making a Deck around it - just as -Griffin did - but with a different-themed card based on an anime card of the same name.

 

Thousand Buster

Normal Trap

Activate only during your opponent's turn by paying 1000 Life Points. Destroy all face-up monsters that have 1000 or less ATK or DEF, and both players take 1000 damage for each monster they controlled that was destroyed by this effect.

 

Rulings:

-If an effect is chained that would either make the ATK or DEF of a monster no longer be 1000, it is not destroyed. If an effect is chained that would make it now 1000, it is destroyed. (Obvious, but covering all grounds).

-If a monster cannot be destroyed by this effect, its controller will not take 1000 damage for it.

 

The goal is now to make a Deck using this card as its MAIN card. Let's see what you've got.
