Catman25
The ears and tail are a bit messed up. And don't forget to save as .png.

Jappio
Well just sort of going to state the obvious here, but... Save as .PNG: This is an important step. Whenever you save, the first, the last, and all the times in between, you need to save as a ".PNG". It's an important thing to pay attention to. If ignored, things turn out like yours did. Details/quality is dropped in other formats, so .PNG is the way to go with anything spriting. Mess it up once ever, and the quality could be gone forever. Issues can arise when uploading, so make sure the uploader you are using doesn't covert the image to something else either. Shrink your Canvas: The size of your canvas is too large. There is a bunch of white space in your image there, it's best to shrink it. Saves both file room and looks neater. Assuming you worked in MS Paint, you can fix this. Place your splice in the upper left corner of the white area. Then on the bottom right of the screen you'll be able to find a small gray box. Click and drag it to change the canvas size. Recolor your Borders: Around the edges of the splice you have an issue I find very annoying. You have a border color that does not match what it surrounds. For example, a dark blue color does not work as a border for something that is orange. Chances are you most likely didn't change the old color. You have to make sure you change things like borders. A full recolor is required for the proper effect. Now some general stuff to mention about it. The splice is simple since it's just an addition of ears. The right ear should overlap the head, versus looking like it's coming from behind the head. Other things I feel I can't mention as the .jpeg'ness makes things hard to see. Also that's a Pichu you used, not a Pikachu =P Also a side note, the subjects I have underlined I'll probably use for future critiques to be lazy. NeriesUmbra
1 thing I really like about this is the flower looks really good with thoughs colours. The ears look like they where rotated in PH and the resized and then stuck on this...I would like to help but jappio kinda covered everything. But I think I can give you piece of advice which I learnt myself. The more effort you put in to the splice the better it will be cus the more you try the closer you come to trying your best lol. Pegasasu
Yep, I'm really bad at making splices, and I don't know how to shrink my canvas, and I have no clue how to save things as a png. Yeah, pretty pathetic :P
