ragnarok1945
except for Ocean Chain Dragon's pic somewhat overused, the rest of the pics look great I'm not sure if Inflicted should be inflicted or not and not added to the Graveyard, you mean SENT to the Graveyard 9/
Jazin Kay
"Inflicted" is not capitalized.

Shinobi Phoenix
-- Ocean Chain Dragon:1 "Iron Chain" Tuner + 1 WATER monsterThis card is also treated as Aqua-Type on the field. When this card attacks a face-down Defense Position monster, change that card to face-up Attack Position before Damage Step. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 "Iron Chain" monster from your Deck to your hand. You don't need to say "Tuner Monster" in the requirements text. Just "1 Iron Chain" Tuner" is fine. (EXAMPLE: Black Feather - Armored Wing) BTW-- Did you intend to only allow 2 monsters for the summoning? It's sort of weak for only allowing 2 monsters period. You should allow the "1 or more" part or add more to the effect. I will assume you left off the "non-Tuner" part on purpose, similar to the XX-Saber Synchro. It doesn't always need to say "face-down Defense Position monster" (given there is at least one card that allows face-down Attack), but for things like this, it is supposed to because you're doing a mode shift effect. Also, you have to set a mode shift before Damage Step because once damage step kicks in, it's already gone through the mandatory shift to face-up Defense and only stat changing effects kick in (EXAMPLE: Neo-Spacian Ground Mole, his effect does not work if attacked while face-down because it's during Damage Step when it would be too late). -- Tyrant Golem:When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can send 1 card from your Deck to your Graveyard. It cannot be removed from the Graveyard until after your next Standby Phase. This card can only attack if there are at least 3 Rock-Type monsters in the Graveyard. Summons don't resolve. They aren't effect, they don't go on chain and they can't be part of the chain, only effects that go in response to them go on the chain. Also, "during Main Phase" with this sort of effect is a closed window. You just need to say after a certain phase with something like that else it sounds like you are only wants a close phase (as in the only Phase you can take that action in period and any after would not work). -- Tyrant Golem /Assault Mode:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Assault Mode Activate". When this card is Special Summoned, you can send 1 card from your Deck to your Graveyard. It cannot be removed from the Graveyard until after your next Standby Phase. This card can only attack if there are at least 3 Rock-Type monsters in the Graveyard. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Tyrant Golem" from your Graveyard. You already said it could only be Special Summoned by Buster Mode, so there's no point in stating how it was summoned right after. And as said before, summons don't resolve and the text is "send to the Graveyard;" It's been that way in the real game for a long time. And this is an Assault Mode monster so why is the effect the EXACT SAME as the original version with even the same weakness. That defeats the whole purpose to them. You might as well slap a Axe of Despair on the original or use Flame Resonator, it would give you the same monster easily. None of the Assault Mode monsters have the exact same effect, they have evolved effects that blow the original out of the water. -- Fairy Star:This card is also treated as Spellcaster-Type on the field. When this card would be used to Synchro Summon a Fairy-Type Synchro monster, you can remove from play cards in your hand to increase this card's Level by 1 for each removed card. -- Blue Essence:Select 1 monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls. Both monsters gain 500 ATK and cannot select each other as attack targets. When this card is removed from the field, you may remove from play this card and both selected monsters. -- Overflowing Glow:This card can only be equipped to a Fairy-Type Monster. The equipped monster gains 500 ATK only during Battle Phases and when it destroys a monster in battle with inflicted Battle Damage to your opponent of less than 500, that destroyed monster is returned to your opponent's Deck instead of being sent to the Graveyard. If your opponent draws that card, it is immediately sent to the Graveyard. Also, what is the point of this set? It looks like you just went and found pictures and made cards to fit the pictures.
