two things i would change:

1. For every Spellcaster-type monster on the field, increase this monster's ATK x 100.

2. "One time only," to "Once per duel"

The effect is..idk

It's a random beat-stick in basic terms. It's situational in that if you tributed a DMG to get it out, then it's effect works.

In truth, I think it might be a little underpowered. You get a 1 turn monster with a max of 3600, but..thats increadibly hard to do.
