usetheforcehan
You cannot "force" the activation of a Spell or Trap Card. Every Spell or Trap have a "condition" that must be fulfilled first before its become active. For example: "Inflicts 1000 damage to opponent's Life Points if a DARK monster is remove from play." You cannot "force" this effect if there's no DARK monster that remove from play. Basically, you either "trigger" the effects or "negate" it. Max Darkness
I think the effect you're going for is: You can Special Summon this card from your hand by removing 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play. When this card is Summoned, you can activate 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field, ignoring the Activation Conditions. If the activated card's effect cannot activate, this card is destroyed and the activated card is returned to its owner's hand. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster you control to add 1 Field Spell Card to your hand and activate it. Pretty much unique in effect terms, but an overused picture and poor OCG drag you down.
