Carpedago

Ability: Intimidate or Water absorb.

Water/Dragon type.

Diving pokemon.

It loves to scour the ocean floor for treasure dropped from people on the oceans surface. Many people use Carpedago to find items they dropped in the ocean.

Not sure if I should keep the tusks.

C+c please.

Waiting and wanting me to critique, now that's what I like to hear. I can only assume this is the entry against mine in the contest.

Firstly I want to mention it doesn't look anything like a dragon really.. Heck if it weren't for the color, I don't even think it's much of a water type. It looks mostly like an oddly colored flying type perhaps.

Next I have an issue with textures. For example the head and the little frays at the bottom look very different. one looks like flowing cloth, the head looks like a nice solid mass. Carnivine's head in general is also fairly large and doesn't match well with the body.

You were mart about the reshading the hands, but I still can tell they are copied flipped. With how they are positioned and shaped, it's too symmetrical. Some small edits to shape and size of one of the sides would help, and perhaps some better placement. For example the one on the right could actually attach and overlap over the body, versus coming from behind it.

The combination of 5 things and making them all fit is tough. Sadly you have some a really mix-matched feel due to this hurdle. I can sort of feel like every part is added and tacked on, they don't quite flow together to make it it's own creature.

As a final wrap up, I'll make a few suggestions. The fangs could be colored white like the tusks, which might make it look a little less silly if done right. Also would make sense if all teeth were white. Carnivine isn't the best Pokemon for splicing in my opinion. His head sticks out far too much. If he is being used, perhaps it is usually best to get him on something that is already kind of large where the head might flow better. Possibly the blue and yellow combination may be ugly. Now I personally like Blue/Yellow combos, but I'm sure there are people who think it's a tad too much and doesn't flow right in certain situations.

May just be me but the inside of the left wing looks a bit dark and the left fang is on top of the mouth instead of comeing out of the mouth. Jappio is right this does not look like a dragon or water it looks more like an electrik plant. I still like the ideas though and the yellow and blue works well it's just that left wing looks out of place.
