There's some crazy OCG mess-ups here. But that's a not a problem. Let's fix it all up, shall we?

 

Pirate Thief: Coma

If this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Pirate Thief" monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

 

Pirate Apprentice: Rider

If this card is destroyed by battle by a Level 4 or higher monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Pirate Thief Captain: Cruiser" from your hand or Deck.

 

Pirate Thief Captain: Cruiser

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Pirate Apprentice: Rider". This card cannot attack during the turn it is Summoned.

 

Ex-Pirate Thief: Creed:

If you control a face-up "Pirate Thief: Lass", you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

 

Former Pirate Thief Returns:

Activate only when an opponent's monster delcares an attack against a face-up "Pirate Thief" or "Pirate Apprentice" monster you control. Negate the attack.

 

The effects are normal and standard. That's not bad, so don't worry about that. The only thing I have to say is about Rider and Cruiser. Cruiser is pretty overpowered in terms of his ATK stat considering that it's not that hard to Special Summon him. Furthermore, it says it cannot attack the turn it is summoned; this would usually be during your opponent's turn since Rider has to be destroyed by battle to Special Summon him in the first place. So in reality, he's not really balanced. I think you should give him more conditions to fufill to be Special Summoned if you want to keep his ATK stat. Of course, if you're going to do that, you can also give him another added effect too. Maybe destroying cards on the field, or something.

 

Over all, the set was decent. You'll improve with time and make even better cards. 6 / 10.

It's not rewriting, it's fixing it. I'm not changing the effects at all. If you would read it, I'm just fixing your capitalization and punctuation errors along with just helping you with other OCG errors. If you don't "make it proper" no one will even be able to understand you, not without at least having their eyes bleed a little first.
