Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned exept from your hand by Tributing 2 Level 4 or lower monsters from your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned sucesfully, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. Your opponent then set 3 Spell or Trap cards from his/her Deck. Ocne per turn, you can pay 200 Life Points to set 1 Trap Card from your Deck. You lose 200 Life Points for each card set by this effect.

I think "from hand" on the second sentence it's not needed.

And you wrote "Ocne" isntead of "Once" one time.

Nice pic, OCG is ok and effect seems good to me.

Card is good and fits the effect. Unfortunately, I think there's already a card called "Mushroom Man." 9.2/10 if you change the name.

The card has 1 pretty strong effect! But to be honest, your opponent will destroy this card before you even can activate it's strongest effect. Nice work though, pic is epic lolzy=D
