gustavosuarez
Well a very Overpowered card:( and you have a lot of OCG (Oficial Card Grammar) errors. The reparation is: Increase the ATK and DEF of all face-up monsters you control by 1000. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 level 6 monster from your hand. Destroy the Summoned monster during the End Phase.use this effect, is more balanced. the pic is good. i dont know if you want to say "Titan City" on the name or the current name:( i dont understand the last part of the effect:( nice idea:) work in your OCG 7/
ragnarok1945
too many OCG errors, use the OCG thread to help you also there's virtually no drawback on this card, so it's broken as hell 6/

ragnarok1945
The Dragon God card you just made I can't even read the lore plus the stats are WAY too weird, as well as way too high. 5000/5000 is the absolute max base stats for a realistic card picture does look neat though
acmeboy
Fusion of "Dark Sage"/"Buster Blader"/"Red Eyes Darkness Dragon x3/"Melenim Shield"/"Skull Archfiend of Lighting."Effect This card gains 1000 ATK for every Dragon, Spellcaster, and Warrior type monster on the field and in the graveyard. This monster can also summon dragon tokens to use to replace dragon type monsters in the graveyard and send them to your hand.better?
ragnarok1945
it has enough atk power as it is, don't make it go higher you didn't even state the type, attribute, and stats of the tokens, and that's OCG errors aside not to mention there's no drawback to this card
morfowt
when listing fusion material monsters, it should be like this: "fusion material monster" + "fusion material monster" + "fusion material monster" in this case, I believe it should be:"Dark Sage" + "Buster Blader" + "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon" + "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon" + "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon" + "Millennium Shield" + "Skull Archfiend of Lightning" you know, it's a little fair, since the only way you can summon this seems to be with a future fusion... EDIT: never mind. I forgot you can send fusion material monsters from a combination of hand and field... in which case this is about as overpowered as you can get... Menace13
You should see what will be the poster card of my Evil Illustrious set. 8000 ATK and 6000 DEF. Luckily it's hard as heck to get out.
~Wright~
OCG FixIncrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters you control by 1000. You can Normal Summon a Level or higher monster without Tribute. I don't quite get the last part, I haven't seen the other card. Here's some advice... The effect, as previously stated, is quite overpowered. Since the card is called Titan City, let's make the effect of the card benefit from high level monsters. Change the effect to this. You can send 1 Level 6 monster you control to the Graveyard to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand. If you control no Level 4 or below monsters, increase the ATK of all monsters you control by 1000. Both players can Normal Summon Level 5-6 monsters without Tribute, but their effects are negated. The picture on the card could also use improvement. Although I have no suggestions for alternate pictures, try checking out some of the image archives in the showcase section. (I particularly recommend Father Wolf and Wanderley.) Their images are free, and it requires no permission to use them on cards. All that is required is that you post is that you got the image from their archive. Here's an example of one of Wanderley's images. [spoiler=Image] Best of luck on your card. :)
acmeboy
Type:Dragon/Spellcaster/Warrior Fusion of "Dark Sage"/"Buster Blader"/"Red Eyes Darkness Dragon x3/"Melenim Shield"/"Skull Archfiend of Lighting."Effect This card gives 1000 ATK to/for every Dragon, Spellcaster, and Warrior type monster on the field and in the graveyard. This monster can also summon dragon tokens to use to replace dragon type monsters in the graveyard and send them to your hand. You pay 200 life points for each of your turns this card is in play.Better?oh and the to/for means 1000 ATK to every Dragon,Spellcaster, and Warrior type monster for every Dragon,Spellcaster, and Warrior type monster on the field and in the graveyard. morfowt
well overpowering effect aside, you didn't even read what I said about listing fusion material monsters... and what do you mean by tokens replacing dragon type monsters in your graveyard? first of all, tokens can't be anywhere except the field. morfowt
why not just have an effect that adds dragon-type monsters from the graveyard to your hand? why do tokens have to replace?
acmeboy
because the tokens can also take up the opponent's spaces
morfowt
... how does that work if they replace dragons in your graveyard?
acmeboy
if there are no dragons in the graveyard then they fill your opponent's empty spacesokay dose that clarify it for you
morfowt
... so separate into two effects. add dragon-type monsters from your graveyard to your hand. when there are no dragon-type monsters in your graveyard, special summon tokens to your opponent's side of the field.
