well we finally have a ocg correct card (well not exactly, but at least it's clear what this card does now).

 

if you're aiming for a balanced, realistic card though, still terrible. otherwise, yeah it's good enough.

This monster can only be special summoned by fusion summon. "Dark Cleric" gains 1000 ATK for every dragon type monster on the field or in the graveyard. Every time a dragon type monster is summoned you lose 300 life points.

This can only be fusion summoned by the above monsters. This card is treated a Warrior and Spellcaster in addition to its own type. Increase the ATK of all Warrior, Spellcaster, and Drangon type monsters face-up on the field. Once per turn you may add 1 Dragon-type monster from your graveyard to your hand. If there are no Dragon-type monster in your graveyard you may summon 1 token to your opponates side of the feild in attack mode named "Dragon's Servent" (Dragon-type Level 2 Atk 300 / Def 500.) During your end phase pay 1000 life points or destroy this card.
