This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, this card can only be

 

Special Summoned by sending 1 Fairy-Type monster from your Hand and

 

Field to the Graveyard. There can only be 1 face-up "Descendant of the

 

Clouds, Tobikuma" on the Field.As long as this card remains face-up on the

 

Field, Fairy-Type monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card

 

effects that do not target. When a Fairy-Type monster you control is

 

destroyed by battle, you can add Fairy-Type monster with an attack lower

 

than the destroyed monster's from your Deck to your Hand. If this card is

 

destroyed by your Opponent's card effect you can discard 1 Fairy-Type

 

monster from your Hand to Special Summon 1 Fairy-Type monster with a

 

level lower than the discarded monster from your Hand, the Special

 

Summoned monster has its effect negated. If this card is in your

 

Graveyard during your Standby Phase you can send the top 4 cards of

 

your deck to the Graveyard to add this card to your Deck, if this card is

 

sent to the Deck this way and it's drawn during your next Draw Phase

 

remove it from play. If this card is removed from play by its own effect,

 

you can discard 3 Fairy-Type monsters other than "Descendant of the

 

Clouds, Tobikuma" during your next Stanby Phase, to add this card to your

 

hand, if you summon this card when it is added to your hand this effect

 

skip your next 2 Draw Phases.
