Aero~ Posted January 22, 2010 Report Share Posted January 22, 2010 Dragon-Type should be Dragon- type,It gains 1000 ATK should be , Increase the ATK of this card by 1000. And that makes it WAAAYY to powerful, unless you meant 100 ATK. If you meant 1000, Decrease it's original ATK by 1500 and say, "This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by tributing 3 monsters you control.".
