MarbleZone
It's not terribly useful, it's meant to make your opponent lose more card advantage than usual to get rid of it. And while he doesn't, you can use the time it buys to set your game up. Worst case scenario (second worst, considering there are alternative ways of removal) is your opponent wasting 1 card then stomping it with a Lv3. Best case scenario, he's stuck. :P
Wuu.
Gotta say if battle damage is conducted or not.Meh, it's only good to fill up the field =/7.8/
MarbleZone
No I don't. Latest OCG doesn't require "Damage calculation is applied normally", check Spirit Reaper for confirmation. Also, it's not there to just fill the field, it forces the opponent to make a move - essentially waste a card(s). It's just not gamebreaking in a warped meta where stall=lol. It's still a viable card in a properly functioning game. ;) Of course it doesn't stop everything, like bouncing, spinning or removing from play, but I'm not aiming for a staple here, but rather a utility card. ragnarok1945
a shame you didn't make this a tuner monster then it'd be excellent synchro summoning material 8.3/

Kotaro
Quite a good shield against your LP if you have nothing to summon. Its quite balanced and the OCG looks ok. Not a fan on the name and pic. 8/

έκλειψη
Nice. Boost it to a Level 12 somehow and annoy the crap out of an opponent looking for direct attack. 9.9/

I think you might've misunderstood the effect. boosting it to level 12 would be very, very bad. it's best staying at level 1 if it can...
