Yeh, I know if this were a real Set, they'd all be banned or limited by now, but meh. Here are the Cyber Rains.

 

If this card was Special Summoned due to the effect of a "Cyber Rain" monster, Special Summon 1 "Cyber Rain" monster from your Graveyard and destroy 1 card on the field. Once per turn, you can add 1 "Cyber Rain" monster from your Deck to your hand.

 

You can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Cyber Rain" monster from your Deck, when this card is removed from the field and sent to the Graveyard, add 1 "Cyber Rain" monster to your hand. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls, it is now treated as a Normal Monster.

 

If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a "Cyber Rain" monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Cyber Rain" monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to destroy 2 cards on the field.

 

Once, while this card is face-up on the field, when its selected as an attack target, destroy the attacking monster. You can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Cyber Rain" monster from your Deck in Attack Position, it is destroyed during the End Phase.

 

While you control a "Cyber Rain" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Cyber Rain" monster with 500 ATK or less. You can tribute 1 "Cyber Rain" monster to destroy 1 card on the field.
