This card is OP'ed you should up the LP cost pic is bad and OCG is bad

Why correct OCG? Balance and use first.

 

First, the Fusion Material Monsters are unrelated. You'd need to run BB and DM to get this guy out, and you'd probably run them in 2's or 3's (I'd say 3 DMs and 2 BB's), meaning 5 monsters requiring 2-tributes. THEN you'll need to run "Time Wizard" (a bad card) AND "Dark Sage" (a terrible card for it's Summoning Conditions), and FINALLY run an extra 2 or 3 monsters that require Tribute ("Millenium Shield") to get this guy out... and he's only useful in a Dragon-type Deck! So many use contradictions I can't even count.

 

I'd pitch this card if I were you. It's an unusable concept.

300 LP loss is too small, make it higher of a loss to balance it
