If this card is Special Summoned this way, you can activate the effect of up to 3 FIRE monsters with different names from either player's Graveyard. Once per turn, you can send all other cards you control to send cards your opponent controls equal to the number of cards you sent to the Graveyard by this effect. The Summon of this card cannot be negated by the effects of Spell, Trap and Effect Monster Cards. While you control this face-up card, you cannot Summon any monster. If this card would be destroyed, your opponent draws 1 card instead.

excellent pic, balanced effect, the only OCG error I found was this (which I'm still unsure if it's even an error at all)

 

"The Summon of this card cannot be negated by the effects of Spell, Trap and Effect Monster Cards." should be "The Summon of this card cannot be negated by a card effect"
