Alrighty, this card is not bad, Nice picture there ;)

 

Anyways, this card is way to overpowered, you know it to, make the attack and defence alittle lower then infinity.. and make a proper effect.

That effect is impossible. With the percentages. Change it to:

Flip a coin 4 times. If 3 or more of the results are heads, increase the ATK of the equipped Monster by 500. If not, destroy the equipped Monster.

You spelled destroyed wrong.

gains 500 and 200 what?

instead of saying gains, say "increase the ATK and DEF of this card by *number* .

graveyard should be Graveyard.

You forgot a period.

Should say, "This card's ATK and DEF is equal to the amount of cards in the Graveyard x500."
