Amalgam Turmoil - Amaterasu of the Sun

Dark/Spellcaster – Effect/7/ATK 2500/DEF 2700

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by using 1 Fusion Monster and 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control as Tributes. Each time your opponent activates a card that target their Deck, they have to remove from play 1 card from their Monster Card Zone or Graveyard. Your opponent can only have cards in their hand equal to the number of cards that are removed from play. If this card is removed from the field, remove from play all cards from your opponent’s Graveyard.[/align]

I Like. These cards seem to be balanced but I'm not totally sure. Their very unique. Of course your OCG isn't quite on the money but these effects are quite complex and hard to determine the proper OCG (meaning I cant fix it) but that hardly matters as i totally understand them. I like the first card's effect. It's totally creative and it is the most balanced since in order to gain ATK you must pay alot of LP. This card grants your opponent some safety meaning that even if the attack of the attacked monster is under 2500, your opponent wont be in total danger as they'll take less damage.

The next card is a little wierd and sort of reminds me of that TERRIBLE orichalcos thingy. But this is much more realistic although I might word it differently (I wont really say how unless you ask me to since It's wording is up to you.)

The last card...No complaints.

They're amazing!

Well I did put some thought into the effects because I wanted some good boss monsters for my Amalgam Turmoil archetype.

Hm........ Orichalcos, never came to mind when I was making the card. Well the wording might with the spell and trap card zone.

Thanks for the comment, so how would word the the second card?

Well I like how it's put now but it's a bit odd and can easily confuse if it were real. IDK about most people but when I duel i tend to sometimes forget some things and seeing all my Spell/Trap cards that should be face down, face up...I'd be like what?

I'd just say "When your opponent Set's a card in their Spell and Trap Card Zone, they must reveal that card." But your wording is perfectly fine too since you might have a reason for that and it's unique.

my version's just plain so either way it's still a great card

About the Orichalcos , I just remembered it cause it was about playing monsters in your S/T Zone and this card only allows your opponent to play their S/T cards face up like monsters (I didnt mean your card was terrible i ment the orichalcos was terrible ^^')

Well thanks a lot for commenting.

Hm........ I just hand a funny idea on actually make the father the three monster, Izanagi. I am not sure how to make the card thought. xD

@Luna: Izanami and Izanagi have similar meaning as one is the husband and the other is the wife.

Imanzani is just stupid.

epic cards are epic. the only thing that bothers me is the difficult summoning conditions placed on the cards. then again' date=' given how op'd they still are even with the stringent summoning costs, i can understand why.

You have seen the other Amalgam Turmoil monster? They deal with Fusions and they are spellcasters so they work with the archetype. Well when you get them out it is kinda of worth it and I kinda like really annoying costs because you can be creative with the effect as much as you want without a lot of draw backs.

Well thanks for commenting.
