The pics aren't all that great. They also seem a bit conditional and restricted when they use their effects. Also, If I recall some ruling correctly, you can't Special Summon a ritual monster unless its been ritual summoned already. Which defeats the purpose of summoning lycanthrope (which is to whom you were probably refering to with the effect). 7/10

OK Thanks. But I thought being Conditional was more balanced.

I wanted it to support Vanilla Support, so that's what I did.
