[spoiler=Lore]This monster is also treated as a Sea Serpent-Type monster. If you Tributed 2 Sea Serpent-Type monsters OR 2 Fish-Type monsters to Tribute Summon this card, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster from your deck to your hand. Each time a Sea Serpent-Type or Fish-Type monster is destroyed by a card effect, place 1 Shark Counter on this card (Max. 7). During your Main Phase 2, You can remove 7 Shark Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Deck or Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning conditions. The Summoned monster cannot attack until the 4th Standby Phase it was summoned.

Did I get the order right this time Icy? ;D

Anyway, I did something like this before. It was Sea Serpent Support. I remembered that Sea Serpents swarm...I think. So I took from my memory and made it into this. I wanted to make a Spellcaster/Sea Serpent Hybird, but the "This monster also counts as a Spellcaster-Type monster" part took up too much space and just seemed unnecessary.

This might be overpowered. Should I add more counters or make it longer before the Special Summoned monster can attack? I dunno. You pick.

I'm not sure but I think Sea Serpent-Type = Sea Serpent-type

I also think hand = Hand but I'm still not completely sure.

summoning = Summoning

summoned = Summoned

I like the idea and it's good for swarming. 9.3/10

I like the pic ^^

I'm pretty sure Type is always capitalized.

I think hand can be capitalized. But doesn't have to be from what I remember.

Fixed those two.

Thanks.

Very underpowered. You'd be mad to ever expect the Shark Counter effect to work.

Should I change it to them being destroyed in any way to gain counters?

...Or are you talking about the summoning part?

More or less both he is.

This card has a lot going on, but nothing going for it. And god knows why I want to teach you how to make great cards, I havent been possessed to do that for over a year <_<". Meh...

If you want, send me a PM about this card and your idea for it, including the Lore in text (please no spoilers) etc. And I'll show you a few great tips.
