try making and effect that makes it hard to summon at the momenyt it is overpowered and 1000 each turn is very overpowered. make the effect different try to include something you have to do to summon it like tribute 3 or more cards, pay 300 life points or something like that.

I believe you can't have a monster with an ATK/DEF of over 5000. It could still be powerful, if you paid life points to increase it's ATK/DEF by the same amount you paid or by 1000 for every card in your hand ect.... and maybe make it need to be special summoned a certain way. but heck NICE JOB!! for first card. right now 5.7/10

-Fake Type

-Overpowered stats

-No drawback to the effect (as well as OCG errors)

-Do not include it being a rare card. A real card does not have that.
