This card is also treated as a Spellcaster-Type monster while it remains face-up on the field. This card's Level is equal to the Tributed monster's Level + 1. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the Tributed monster's original ATK and DEF + 300.

 

 

Interesting idea, but in a way is rather underpowered, since you'll probably have used "Call of the Haunted" (Limited) and a couple of other cards to get this on the field, and it doesn't have any worthwhile effects, just a di-Type and an ATK/DEF/Level boost. I'd add something else that makes it worth summoning.
