Ancient Gear Girl: For the Synchro Material Monsters necessary, it says "1 Machine-type non-Tuner monsters". Did you mean 1 or more or just 1?

How I would write it:

 

When this card is used to Synchro Summon a DARK Machine-type monster, you gain Life Points equal to the Synchro monster's DEF. If this card destroyed a Level 6 or higher monster by battle, increase the ATK of all other Machine-type monsters by 500 until the End Phase. If this card is sent from your Graveyard to your Deck, Special Summon 1 Machine-type monster from your hand to face-up Attack Position.

 

I added in "until the End Phase" to prevent it from being OP. Otherwise great. With my fixes...I'd give it a 9.7/10

First things first, that. This makes me wanna make a "Nazi Signal" where I rip Hero Signal's pic and replace the H with Nazi-epicness.

 

Since its an Ancient Gear Synchro and those don't exist a 9/10
