EFFECT:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 Level 7 or higher DARK monster, and 1 Field-Spell Card from your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned return all Spell and Trap cards to their owners hand. Once per turn you can remove from play 1 Fiend-Type monster from your hand to reduce your opponents Life Points to 2000 until the end your Battle Phase. If there are 20 or more DARK monsters in your Graveyard you can Tribute this card to inflict 100 damage to your opponents Life Points for every DARK monster in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed by battle return this card to your hand.

Great card! Quick question though, where do you need to remove the DARK monster from play, from? The hand, the deck, the graveyard, or from your side of the field? It doesn't specify...

 

Also, the effect of reducing your opponent's Life Points by 100 for each DARK monster in your graveyard effect, can be a bit Oped, especially when combined with the other effect this card possesses, and the fact that this card doesn't specify when/how often you can use this power. I'd remove the dark monsters from play or return them to your deck and shuffle it to activate that effect.

 

And, what's a counter-spell counter?

Need to do some work on the OCG. Pretty...wacked card. Not to mention that the burn effect would probably never kick off if it were used in an average 40-50 card deck. Especially with you tossing a dark card out of the game every time you activate it.

 

Also, the card should be unable to attack the turn it uses that effect. 4/10 from me

Thx and i changed it to Field Spell. I didnt know there wasnt such a thing

I Specified now. And i chnaged the counter thing

Why does it HAVE to be unable to attack. And im pretty sure the ocg is ok.

Other than that, I'm just not too fond of the effect. Mainly the second one as I stated. It hardly seems achievable.

There could be a deck revolving around that, and this card. If you combine her two effects, you can win the duel, so the strategy would focus on getting her out on the field, and getting darks into your graveyard.

 

I can see many a villain on a Yugioh anime using that strategy. lol

Witch = Spellcaster-Type?

 

IMO, Types are not important so I'll leave that.

 

Quite good of an effect so a 10/10?

 

Todays Meta is Black and White (Dark and Light), Please watch out for Kao'ki Meirus.. Owait.
