You can make it a Warrior-Type, and place "Kawaii-Nena" in the name, so it can be referred in effects as a "Kawaii-Nena" monster.-If it is a Toon, then it should have the traditional Toon Effect of "Toon World" in play first, not attacking on the same turn it is Summoned, etc.-Fixed effect:"When this card is Summoned successfully, Special Summon 2 "HKSS Agent"(s) from your hand or Deck."-Pretty underpowered without any help. If the HKSS Agents aren't supposed to support this card, then I suggest that you add at least 1 Support Card. I know you're new, so I won't be strict. 4/10.
