and the 650 atk gain is boring on its own, it needs another effect, as well as a drawback to it

Try to make the text a little more correct like add some capitals according to what it usually is. For instance:"This -C-ard cannot be -N-ormal -S-ummoned or -S-et." The -@- is the letter that shoud be capitalized.

The pictures are pretty cool, but there needs to be some touch ups with the effect of Master Blademan, as well as some work on your grammar. You should change "this card than gains 650 atk" to "this card gains 650 ATK".
