Trap Cards cannot be Field Spells. Your Trap should be a Spell Card.

Nice cards, I like the field trap card "Distortion World" but you might want to say it like this: While this card is on the field, neither player can activate Spell or Trap card. (Field cards can still be played.) ----Otherwise this card will be almost indestructible, still it your choice.

 

I would like to see the ritual spell card for "Arceus" You could also lower his level to 2 or 3 stars. If look at "Relinquish" a real yugioh card it has almost the same effect, and it's level 1

 

It would be cool if you needed "Mew" and the 3 light monsters in your graveyard to special summon "Mewtwo" making "Mew" part of the transformation just an idea.

 

I think "Palkia" should say: During each of your Standby Phases, pay 100 life points for every monster on your side of the field, with Diagla in it's cards name, if you do not, then you Must Destroy all monsters on your side of the field that have Diagla in their cards names. (This is not Optional.)----- maybe you could make it 300 or 400 life points that must be paid.
