speck Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 It's a good nomal monster, but if you wanted that to be his effect then you will have to go back to the card maker and make it an effect monster, and it should say something like this: As long as this card Remains face-up on the field, your opponent must play with their Hand Revealed.
