speck Posted January 28, 2010 Report Share Posted January 28, 2010 This card cannot be Normal Summon or Set, this card cannot be Special Summon except by Removing 2 Dark Dragon-Type Monsters in your Graveyard from play, or by the effect of a Dragon-Type Monster. all Dragon-Type Monsters are Unaffected by your opponents card effects that do not Designate a Target.
