Found 2 errors only:

is = are in first sentence

except was misspeled

 

It is balanced since a monster loses 400 ATK when destoying a card

It has bit high ATK for a Level 6, but guess the Summoning condition balances it up

The Summon part is very unique and could be used in combination with a Special Summon of a strong monster or/and that destroys monsters, to clean the field, for your monsters to attack

Nice picture, nice effect, I think the wording is slightly off though. there were a one misspelling and if you say two or more it isnt 'is' it is 'are'

here is how I think it should be worded...

again that is how I think it should be worded but wait for someone like Griffin to come and correct it. My OCG isnt perfect in any way shape or form.

:3 I like the idea. Good way to summon a monster with a decent effect. It's balanced because of the ATK loss effect. Most of the points have already been given ^^

the only OCG error I can find is this part:

 

"If you do, select 1 monster you control. The selected monster loses 400 ATK and DEF."

 

I think you can combined the sentence to make it "If you activate this effect, decrease the ATK and DEF of a monster on your side of the field by 400."

 

everything else looks just fine for it

*murmurs* He's right. The new one just doesn't see much play at all. And the effect itself is weak already. At least in Yubel Synchro, Yubel already has 0/0 so there's nothing lost and a beatstick gained, (as well as Yubel's Next Form).

 

Now it's just downright underpowered.

What the hell is with the card? 6/10 for that, 9/10 if you actually use the cardmaker.

Cardmaker is with problem in my PC. All of the cards I made in the cardmaker is with a bottom cut.

Quite a good idea, though I think it is UP tbh. Quite a hard summon and when you destroy 1 card, your monster loses 400 atk and def.

 

OCG is solid and a nice picture. The card on the left does look different to the card maker ones.
