So far your best set. The way I can tekll your getting better is, I can't detect any ocg rrors in it. Pics are great, they match too. Effect is lenghty and good. Though I think Latios should have way less atk or it would be Op'ed. I suggest 1900, another thing though. Since im a little rusty, im not sure but since he has 8 stars, you need to sacrifice 2, so what If their both dragon types. I think yoiu should make it clear t pick only one.

Just saw that you made Groudon Fire. Groudon isn't Fire. He's Ground xD

 

Anyways, just wanted to point that out. Also, before when I said OCG, I'm used to Release not Tribute, but Tributes correct too. So, yeah.

Yeah. Just I normally use Release.

Groudon should be a EARTH and a Type that relates to EARTH. Ground in Groudon's case.

 

Rayquaza should be WIND if not LIGHT. WIND possibly best.

 

You should make different versions, like, Dark Rayquaza, Dark Latias, if that them, that is.

Shouldn't Rayquaza be Summoned by releasing Groudon or Kyogre, not those two? They are minor legends.
