I was bored, so this came out.

 

And please rate, i hate when i post a card and nobody else posts in my thread.

Here's what he means.

 

There are 11 possible numbers that can be given (5 monsters, 5 S/T, and 1 Field Spell). When this card activates, you give a number between 1-12 to EACH card that the opponent has (without repeating a number). Then you roll two dice. You destroy the card whose number is equal to the result of the dice. So, if he had a Judgment Dragon on the field - I would give it the result of FIVE. I roll the dice. If I roll a 5, Judgment Dragon dies.

 

Seems like this is a guaranteed destroy. It's not a bad idea. Maybe put it so that the opponent has to have a certain number of cards on the field (2 or 3, maybe) so that you won't keep rolling the dice forever and somebody accuses you of stalling? Other than that, I like it. Nice image. (Effect reminds me of Needle Wall in a sense - except that Needle Wall can miss).

You can get 12, and therefor needs to roll it again, but eventually 1 card will die

But you can make it 1 die, and therefor reduce the number to 6 and you can choose the cards you want to clean the most to get rid of the most dangerous monsters/Traps/Spells

Nice Card 8/10 But change the amount if dice to 1 mainly because it's rare for someone to have more than 10 cards on the field at any given time.
