When this card is used for a Synchro Summon you can return up to 2 removed from play cards to their owners' Graveyard. While this card remains face-up on the field, all Warrior-Type monsters cannot be targeted by Spell Cards.

the pic I've seen before, but it's not overused

 

and both effects I find balanced enough to give it 8.9/10

Second card: Perfect. Just need to add a comma before the "you can".

 

Not bad at all, I rather like the effect of both cards. Pretty well balanced. Second picture is not that good as the first.

The Synchro feels like it's a bit restricted to Pot Noodle.

 

The Tuner actually seems reasonably usable in something like my 3rd Bushi Deck, the one that mains 3 Gardna.
