If a face-up Toon monster is on your opponent's side of the field you must chose that monster as an attack target. If "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon is on the field this card gains 400 ATK and DEF.

The Set is Officialy finished!

 

For everybody who is wondering, yes I did finish this while it wasn't being posted on. Gave me more time to make the cards.

 

My next project will be the start of the "Leo Terminal". They too, while be a part of the Fan Fiction collection.
