Lore: When this face-up card is removed from the field, place it face-up in your Deck and shuffle it. While this card remains face-up in your Deck, once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to destroy 1 face-up Attack Position monster on the field. You cannot declare an attack during a turn you activate this effect. When this face-up card is the top card of your Deck, remove it from play.

Play along with the flavour. He's hiding out of sight racking up the headshot count until the cover's blown. Kinda like playing MGO, except this one stays alive longer.

I like the concept of this card, never seen it before. As Lovely said: LP pay isn't necessary to the balance.

You already skip you Battle Phase and this card is remove from play if you draw while it is face-up in your Deck.

I give you 10/10 for the originality.

Rate - 9.4/10

I agree, but I'm playing it safe - currently, there are 2 types of people in yugioh: competitive players that, given the degenerate state of the meta, find 90% of balanced cards underpowered, and casual players, who find 90% of balanced cards overpowered.

I'm trying to please both sides. :P

Not blaming anyone though; when somebody goes for years watching a power creep that doesn't show signs of slowing down, with field nukes that are much easier to get on the board than they should be, a lot of only "decent" cards become lacklustre.

Similarly, players who don't follow the competitive scene too much and are used to thinking "field nuking and card drawing are overpowered" are much more likely to call a balanced card "broken" if any of those effects that actually make an impact are present.
