No... Its fine where it is. You're losing advantage to gain advantage. And considering it has to be destroyed by battle, then yeah. Even more so, this card is actually underpowered/balanced.

Agreeing with Icy, that once per turn was entirely un-needed, even without it it's possibly UP'd. For one thing to make it stronger, change its level to 8.

The card is currently not very useful, it would be more useful if it was a level 8, its ATK doesn't matter between those two levels.

It wasn't about the ATK... It was about the fact that level8 monsters have far more support than Level7. With the exception of Ritual Monsters, but you can blame Demise for that.

Personally, I find that it's ATK makes it a bit more powerful. Since it can save itself at the cost of other Winged Beasts, in my opinion, this is somewhat balanced. Especially in a Blackwing deck. Hell, from it's first effect in a BW deck, it might usually have 3000 ATK all the time. It can keep saving itself since BWs swarm.

 

...I wish you could save it from effects though. >_>

Now that's incorrect. As if you told him "Your effect is too simple, make it more complicated". Then I'd do something about it.

I think the effect is boring (short), but that is just my oppinion

And because of its Level 7 2800 ATK and ATK gain, it can beat Blue Eyes and many other strong Level 8 mosnters

But when a this is destroyed you lose a monster to kepp this alive, and it loses ATK so it makes it little less OPed

But it CAN still be destroyed by Spells and Traps

But overall bit OPed

No OCG errors :]
