If you want it to have more than 1 type give it this effect: "This card is also treated as ...-type.2: There's not a Summon that a Tribute and a Special Summon at the same time. Either one or the other, but not both. The requirement you gave it, is clearly a Special Summon, so it should be this: "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by offering 1 "Kamen Rider Kiva" equipped with the Equip Spell "Tatslot"."I can't read the effect, if you posted the card regulalry, I'll try to fix the OCG.
