[align=center]I don't know why' date=' I just have, it's uncommon for me, I made some unpopular desicions, and now look..

Tell us about some of your really bad days.[/align']

It doesn't matter if the decision you made was popular, but rather if that decision was right. You do not exist to bend and shape to the preferences of others, you exist to bend to your own preference.

So, did you make your right decision? Did you do what you know is moral and just?

That is what matters.

As for your bad day, at least you can see a new day on the horizon, and that no matter how many sunsets and sunrises this social hardship may last, you know that there will be a day when the sun rises and comes without the pain of whatever happened on this day.

I don't have a 'bad' day. Because I keep thinking the day could've been worse' date=' but it wasn't.

But, just to piss Infinitus off...

I don't have a 'good' day. Because I keep thinking the day could've been better, but it wasn't.

[/quote']

That is your outlook on life. I may severely disagree with it, but that is what you choose to think and believe. I can do nothing about it, and I should respect it as your decision. And I do. I don't get pissed off.

You obviously agree with my first statement, because we have had this discussion in a thread awhile back.

Yet you fail to agree with my second statement. Explain.

When you agree with the first statement alone, you agree that you are glad that the day could've went horrible, and you like to look at what's positive instead of being about how live is harsh. Instead, you take what you can get, and you turn it into something positive. However, no one can do this all the time.

Agreeing with the second agrees that you know that your day was bad, and you would've very much appreciated that it would've been better, and you are sad about the fact that it was a bad day, which is the common interpretation of today, however can be interpreted a number of ways.

Agreeing to both is understanding that your day was bad. You accept it, you embrace it, and accept the fact it was bad. However, you believe that it could've been worse, and instead of taking a side between positive and negative, you walk in a area between, and move on.

However, I believe that rather than picking sides in beliefs such as these, it is more of a color spectrum. That it is more like a spectrum of white and black, and you are in a certain point on that spectrum, and that your mind will develop and grow, causing that area on the spectrum to change, which is normal.

TBQH, you are spitting out random words which don't really hold your position well.

Let me spell this out for you.

As an optimist, which I assume you are, you'd take a bad day and say it could have been worse, thus making you feel better.

So why won't you take a good day and say it could have been better, making you feel worse? Even if you are an optimist, this is recipricol logic.

For your information, I am not spitting out random words. Because I am explaining what happens when you believe in the different statements.

Second of all, if I had a good day, why would I make myself feel worse about it, when it was clearly a good day, and I should be proud of it? On a bad day, I keep myself in a good mood by saying it could've been worse. My goal is to be happy and positive as much as possible, as far as my outlook on life goes.

gym (9:20-10:05): the girl i asked out 'accidentally' sprains my thumb

[time skip to end of day](3:00): jokes and rumors all around

[time skip to school dance that night] (7:00): i get there. jokes and rumors are almost unbearable:

(7:30): i sit down on a table depressed. (its stacked upside down on another table) my thumb gets smashed in a folding led of the table(its my sprained thumb).

(7:31): i run to the bathroom to get cold water and my thumb gets stuck in the door.

(7:45): i get a bag of ice

(8:04): the bag pops. it looks like i wet myself.

(8:07) the last event has added to the rumors and jokes.

(8:08) i bend down to tie my shoe and my thumb gets stepped on

(8:20) i get asked to slowdance by a person who i dont like, and i was out of pity
