[align=center]I thought of Gladiator Beasts and any other cards which would have returning cards to your hand or such, and then this little bugger came up

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set except by removing from play 5 cards you control. If this card is Special Summoned both players must shuffle their Hand into their Deck and draw the same amount of cards. Whenever a monster would be returned from the field to the opponent's Hand or Deck, it is removed from play until your 5th turn.[/align]

3rd sentence should start out When this card is Special Summoned successfully, since you specifically said it can't be normal summoned

 

that's about it for OCG though, the effect balance is there
