Infinitus Posted January 30, 2010 Report Share Posted January 30, 2010 LADD. My local card shop owner said that people us this in Twilight, but I heard Twilight is supposed to summon DAD and JD. LADD doesn't help do that, as far as I can see (However, keep in mind that when it comes to the TCG I can't see very far.). Looking for something to do with it, and if there is something I can do with it. See, I heard that at the SJ Tourny that 7/8 of the Finalist decks were LS, and I'm trying to make a LS (Almost done), but apparently this could very well mean that they are slowing down or possibly breaking the archetype up via the banlist. If this is true, I'm looking for something to fall back on, and I already have a ton of LS cards I could use for Twilight, as well as Chaos Sorceror, and a few others. Ideas? Thoughts? Help? CrabHelmet Posted January 30, 2010 Report Share Posted January 30, 2010 Before DAD and JD were even released, there was a deck called Twilight Circle, which was basically Perfect Circle Monarchs with LADD - it was called "Twilight Circle" because LADD was both LIGHT and DARK, just as the current Twilight decks are so named because they use both LIGHT monsters and DARK monsters. Though the names are similar, Twilight Circle and modern Twilight decks are not even remotely the same decks. This is one of the reasons I say Archetypal cards rarely get Limited (keep in mind I said rarely, not never). RaiDa's had his chance. Yeah, even if it did, it's an infinate loop and therefore would be replayed. Besides, it's ruled that if it happens, L&DD gains 500 and then can't activate his effect for the rest of the turn. They existed when Raida was t1. BUT THOSE GOD DAMNED LIGHTSWORNS AND THEIR GOD DAMNED MILL EFFECTS!
